Ray III, who stepped in to lead FTX after it filed for bankruptcy a month ago, is set to testify before the U.S. House Financial Services Committee on Tuesday — a day after former FTX CEO Sam Bankman-Fried was arrested in the Bahamas at the request of the U.S. government. The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has charged Bankman-Fried with orchestrating a scheme to defraud investors.
