The Chinese government blocked a U.S. Patent and Trademark Office employee from leaving the country, the State Department said on Monday, adding that it is “tracking this case very closely,” and “engaged with Chinese officials to resolve the situation.” CBS News foreign correspondent Anna Coren has the latest.
