Trump walks back Zelenskyy “dictator” comments

President Trump on Thursday appeared to walk back comments he made about Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy being a “dictator.” During an Oval Office meeting with U.K. Prime Minister Starmer, Mr. Trump said, “Did I say that?
