San Francisco police gave an update at 5:30 p.m. PT on Friday after Nancy Pelosi’s husband was attacked in their home. According to a source briefed on the assault, the suspect shouted at Paul Pelosi, “Where is Nancy? Where is Nancy?” Paul Pelosi was taken to the hospital where he “underwent successful surgery to repair a skull fracture and serious injuries to his right arm and hands” and is expected to make a full recovery, according to the speaker’s office.
