Pakistan said at least 31 people were killed after India launched a missile attack overnight Wednesday in Pakistani territory and Pakistan-administered Kashmir. The strikes came two weeks after the terror attack in Kashmir that killed mostly Indian Hindu tourists. India blames Pakistan for backing the attack, an accusation that it has denied.
