Pierre Ferragu of New Street Research says it’s unlikely to see ASML move manufacturing away from the Netherlands as the company warns of tariffs roiling the chip sector. “Changing the final assembly of these tools is probably a stretch and in practical terms, not doable.” He joins Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology”.
