Dany Garcia, Chairwoman of the Garcia Companies, manages Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s brands like Teremana, ZOA Energy, and production company Seven Bucks Productions, explains how the companies use social media partnerships. She’s also the first female sports league owner, and shares the story of the merger between XFL and USFL that resulted in professional American football minor league backed by RedBird and Fox, the UFL.
