IBM and Groq have a new strategic partnership to give clients ultra-high-speed, low latency AI capabilities via Groq’s inference technology. IBM’s Senior Vice President of Software Rob Thomas and Groq CEO Jonathan Ross join “Bloomberg Tech” to discuss how the partnership will help customers.
