President Trump has doubled his tariffs on steel and aluminum imports from 25% to 50%. The new import taxes took effect overnight. They apply to nearly all U.S. trading partners, except for the U.K. CBS News chief White House correspondent Nancy Cordes has more on what’s behind the decision.
