Gwyneth Paltrow is appearing in court Thursday for the third day of a civil trial over a 2016 collision with another skier at Deer Valley resort in Park City, Utah. The plaintiff, Terry Sanderson, sued the actress in 2019, claiming she was skiing recklessly and crashed into him from above, causing serious, permanent injuries and emotional distress. Paltrow later countersued, claiming it was Sanderson who hit her from behind.
