President Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris are visiting Flight 93 National Memorial on Wednesday, 23 years after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. The memorial honors the passengers on United Airlines Flight 93 that crashed in Shanksville, Pennsylvania, when they attempted to retake control of the plane from hijackers.
