Rich Greenfield a media and technology Analyst at LightShed Partners says any merger between Warner Bros. and Paramount would have a “long and arduous” regulatory approval process and likely would not win approval. A merger also wouldn’t solve the companies’ financial issues, which stem from a decline in linear TV, he says. He speaks to Caroline Hyde and Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology.”
