San Francisco sued for using victim’s rape kit DNA in arrest

A California woman is suing the city of San Francisco after she was arrested last year. Police used DNA from a rape test kit submitted years prior to connect her to an unrelated crime. The case against her was later dropped. Her lawyer, Adanté Pointe, joins CBS News to discuss what makes this case different from other DNA-related arrests and the implications it could have for women reporting rape and sexual assault.
