Israeli Cyber Giant Names Ex-IDF Commander as CEO

Check Point Software Technologies reported second-quarter results that beat expectations. It also named a new CEO, Nadav Zafrir, a venture capitalist and former commander of the Israeli army’s 8200 intelligence unit. Check Point CEO Gil Shwed joins Ed Ludlow and Caroline Hyde to discuss the current landscape following the CrowdStrike IT outage, as well as Check Point’s hope to do more M&As. He speaks on “Bloomberg Technology.”
