EU Can Regulate Tech, Bloc’s US Ambassador Says

European Union Ambassador to the US Jovita Neliupšienė talks about why bloc fined Elon Musk’s X social network €120 million ($140 million) for violating a content-moderation law. She says the European Commission doesn’t target any one country or company with its rules.
