Embracer Group to Sell Saber for $500M, GTA Maker Tells Staff to Return to Office

Swedish gaming company Embracer will sell one of its largest subsidiaries, Saber, to a group of private investors in a deal worth up to $500 million and Rockstar Games, a division of Take-Two, will ask employees to return to the office five days a week beginning in April as the video-game maker enters the final stages of development on its next game, the hotly anticipated Grand Theft Auto VI.
