The Justice Department is asking a judge to sentence a former police officer convicted of violating Breonna Taylor’s civil rights to one day in prison, amounting to time served, and three years of supervised release. Taylor was killed during a botched 2020 raid in Louisville, Kentucky. CBS News’ Nicole Sganga has the details.
