Two officials familiar with the matter say the Justice Department has opened an investigation into former New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo over his congressional testimony during the COVID-19 pandemic. The DOJ has also begun the process of dismissing lawsuits against the police departments in Minneapolis and Louisville. CBS News Department of Justice correspondent Scott MacFarlane reports.
