President Trump toured a new immigration detention facility on Tuesday that’s been dubbed “Alligator Alcatraz.” Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis said the first detainees could arrive by Wednesday, but a group of environmental organizations are suing to block the facility until it undergoes an environmental review.
